I’m back from Ohio. I took a few workshops there at a local art school. It was fun, I think I got more enjoyment from the people I met there. First off, everyone was an art teacher. Which is nice, because we just get each other. We understand what each one of us has to do in our jobs, no matter where we work, what population etc… It’s so nice not to have to explain myself.
Columbus is a nice city, a friendly city. Everyone I walked passed on the street greeted me with some sort of acknowledgement, and don’t even get me started on the quality of service from everyone in business establishments. People take time. They just do.
